Want to see who you called last week, how long you talked, or how much it cost? MyLine makes it easy to track your call history and spending right in the app.

This guide shows you how to view calls, check costs, and even export reports — on both Android and iPhone. No more surprises on your bill!

Step 1: Open the MyLine App

  1. Launch the MyLine app on your phone.
  2. Log in if needed (use your phone number and password/PIN).

Step 2: View Your Call History

  1. Tap the History or Calls tab (usually at the bottom navigation bar).
  2. You'll see a list of recent calls, including:
    • Date and time
    • Number called (or contact name)
    • Call duration
    • Cost (e.g., $0.03)
    • Call type (outgoing/incoming)
  3. Scroll to see older calls or use the search bar to find a specific number or date.
  4. Tap any call for more details, like exact start/end time and rate per minute.

Call history goes back 3–6 months depending on your plan; older records may need support request.

Step 3: Track Your Spending

  1. Go to the Wallet or Balance section (bottom bar or menu).
  2. Tap Spending, Usage Report, or Transactions.
  3. See a summary:
    • Total spent this month/week
    • Breakdown by country or call type
    • Charts showing daily/weekly usage (if available)
  4. Filter by date range (e.g., last 7 days) or export as PDF/CSV.

  1. In History or Spending, tap Export or the share icon.
